All items of clothing purchased from Who Trains Wins Ltd can be returned within thirty days, for a full refund, providing they are in what we consider to be an as new condition, with labels and packaging undamaged We will also require the original receipt/delivery note, and are unable to accept a photocopy. We will charge for the postage on a size exchange. We cannot be responsible for any returns, which do not reach us; therefore it is worth sending them with some method of insurance, or via recorded delivery. In the event that goods are returned to us under the pretense of being non-faulty, but show signs of wear, (eg: marked jackets) we will contact you to let you know. Goods will be held in the shop, for you to collect in person, or you will be charged for the cost of returning the product. Faulty Goods bought on line can be returned for a replacement or a refund. It is at the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether or not the product is deemed faulty, (leaking waterproofs etc) therefore we cannot resolve refunds, until the manufacturer has decided on their course of action. We will deal with all refunds as quickly as possible, and you will be informed of the likely time span involved. Faulty goods must be returned to us in a clean and dry state, to comply with health and safety regulations. Anything returned to us in an unsuitable condition, will not be dealt with, and we will contact you to charge for the cost of return postage. In order for us to process any returns efficiently, please ensure you include the following information in the returned package:
In the event of you not providing sufficient or legible, information to deal with the return, we will hold onto the product until you contact us. In the event of you not contacting us, the product will be held for 1 year (from the date we received it) before being disposed of. |
